Terms of Service

1. What the service is

MB Mileage collects data from your Mercedes-Benz vehicle — trips, mileage, position, battery and vehicle state — and turns it into a trip log, mileage records and a live vehicle dashboard for you. The data comes from Mercedes-Benz under the EU Data Act ("Third Party Data Access"), and it only flows after you grant consent with your own Mercedes me account for your own vehicle.

2. Your account and your consent

You sign in with your Mercedes me account (or with an email account we create for you). To connect a vehicle you must be its registered Mercedes me owner or co-driver with the right to share its data. You choose which data packages to share; you can withdraw your Mercedes consent at any time from the account menu, which stops all new data collection for that vehicle.

3. Payment and activation

Each selected data package has a monthly fee (shown when you select it). Your vehicle's data collection is activated only after payment has been arranged and an administrator approves the vehicle. Until then no data is collected and nothing is charged. Fees may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively.

4. Fair use

The service is for your personal or business mileage administration. You must not attempt to access other users' data, probe or overload the service, or connect vehicles you have no right to share data for.

5. Termination

You can stop at any time: withdraw your Mercedes consent, or ask us to delete your account and all associated data. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or misuse, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination we deactivate your vehicle's data packages at Mercedes-Benz and delete your data in line with the Privacy Notice.

6. Liability

The service depends on data delivered by Mercedes-Benz and on your vehicle's connectivity; gaps, delays or inaccuracies in that data can occur and are outside our control. Trip and mileage figures are provided for your administration and are not certified odometer readings. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we bump the version above and ask you to accept the new version on your next sign-in before you continue using the service.
